Headed into the winter season I always seem to gravitate towards comfort whether it be comfort food, comfy clothes or close friends to spend a cozy evening with; that being said this outfit is mostly all ‘oldies but goodies’ from my wardrobe. This jacket I love and have featured here before. The shoes will cause me to shed a tear when I actually have to say goodbye; just last year I got new heels put on and this year it was the sole, my go-to shoe for the weekend. My cargo pants are neutral enough to go with everything and have a little stretch to make them uber comfy.
A few weekends ago I attended The Cleveland Flea Holiday event and while there I couldn’t pass up this one-of-a-kind ring by Liza Michelle Jewelry. LOVE IT! The story behind her process and the different pieces she creates are beautiful, and if you’re still looking for that unique gift you simply must check out her items.
This weekend I’m headed to NYC for a fantastic girls’ weekend and I cannot wait! Follow me and my adventures via Instagram starting Friday!
Thank you for stopping by, Cheers! Penny

Eclectic Eccentric. Say that three times fast!
Recently I was introduced to local shop owner Tracey Hilbert of, you guessed it, Eclectic Eccentric on Larchmere; this store absolutely has something for everyone! New, old, classic or quirky you can find something to take home with you. The holidays are right around the corner (did I just say that?) and now’s the perfect time to start planning your holiday shopping excursions; this is one place definitely worth the stop.
Now let’s talk about Leopard Print. It’s one of my favorites and, after typing that, I realize I need more of it in my life. This pattern is so embraced all across the style universe it’s hard not to see it everywhere; from handbags to shoes, accessories to jewelry and outerwear to sweaters you can find it in, on and all around you. It’s so universal it’s treated like a neutral by many fashion houses and you’ll see it paired with stripes, polka dots and neon. My outfit is slightly on the more conservative side, but just wait, these pumps will be making many more appearances throughout the season.
Where can you incorporate a little leopard in your wardrobe?
Thank you so much for stopping by – Cheers! Penny
